I had to wait 4 hours 17min for auto butler service. That is totally unacceptable. For a wash and vacuum and the wiping on of the hydrophobic mixture is not understood. I have been doing this for almost 5 years and I have never had to wait on the car for amore than 1hr 45 min previously. If I had to do it over again I would NOT purchase Auto butler. Not worth it. Yes, I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I left your service department feeling very special! As I was getting into my car to leave I noticed something on black trim and was trying to remove. A nice male employee walked up and saw what I was doing and he said I can help and started to help me. It took a little more time and I told him I did not want to keep him from what he was headed to do. He told me I was a customer and he needed to be helping me. He made my day!!!

No pressure on buying experience. Very patient with me. They let me take my time to decide. Big dealership with a lot of vehicles to choose from. If you are looking for a great dealership with number 1 customer service check them out.

I bought my 2012 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner on Monday. Brandon Donerson was awesome! He made the experience great and stress free. Everyone that dealt with me was great and went above and beyond! Eastern Shore Toyota has the absolute best customer service that I've ever seen anywhere!!!

As always, the staff were friendly, professional and super fast. I pulled up at the appointment time and they were full. I thought to myself, this is going to take forever. Barely over an hour later, my 20,000 mile service was done, car washed and interior vacuumed. Didn't cost me an extra dime!
This is the first time I’ve have been there for service. It took me longer to get there than the wait. Justin was the person who greeted me with a smile. Everyone was very nice � Thank you

Awful experience. The finance manager couldn't even get our address correct and getting a manager to call you back well, forget that. Plenty of other car dealerships around. Go somewhere else and buy a car
