The service department is great. My parents SUV (Toyota Venza) did not start while we were in Gulf Shores. After we finally able to get it to start (while waiting on roadside assistance) we drove the dealership. We arrived at 4PM- and they quickly diagnosed the vehicle and repaired it. We were leaving the next day- I am thankful that they were able to repair it so quickly. The employees are outstanding- I hope we don't need the service department when we vacation again- but if we do we will be back to Eastern Shore Toyota.

The new Chromatech wheels on the Highlander limited are TERRIBLE. The plastic wheel covers are easily scratched and damaged. AND worst of all, they cannot be repaired or replaced because they are permanently glued to the wheel so that you have to buy an entire wheel that costs $660 !!!! if you want to fix your scratched plastic wheel cover . THE XLE has real aluminum alloy wheels !!! Dont buy a vehicle with the Chromatech wheel . They are just cheap plastic wheel covers with a VERY HIGH PRICE
Just purchased my second Tacoma from EST. Seana Jones was my salesperson and was great, made my purchase fast and easy. Kevin my sales manager made sure I got the best deal. Returned to have accessiores installed. Jamie in service got it done fast. Very good experience.

Beyond fed up with this dealership! My husband and I purchased a brand new 2017 Tacoma from them in March 2017 and in July took it in for its 10,000 mile maintenance and to check about a recall notice we received. Within HOURS of leaving, the truck was squealing when accelerated. Took it back and apparently the drive shaft main support is broken and now the truck is undriveable. From the start they were relatively friendly. As soon as you sign the paper and are waiting the switch is flipped. They are terrible. Took my new 2017 Tacoma in for a recall and it's 2nd oil change. On the way home it started squealing. Took it back and the drive shaft is damaged at 11,000M. Wonder how that happened. Long story short I find Palmers across the bay to be a significantly better choice. Save yourself some poor customer service and bad mechanics and go across the bay.

Salesman was great financial department really bad. Charge me 12.9% Interest everything else I have financed is 4.9 - 5 did not tell me because I added my wife rush me out found out later. Really unhappy with them Toyota financial I will never use them again. That is straight up a rip off... and can't refinance cuz I'm so upside down cuz of the over cost of the car in the trade in. Was told I can always go back and refinance with anybody in a year it's been two still upside down. I have nothing for Eastern Shore Toyota. Well... read more
