I was very pleased with the time it took to clean my vehicle and put the cleat coat on it. They did a great job and the employees were very nice.

I brought my car in for an oil change. I had a coupon for $24.99. They asked if I wanted the synthetic oil for an extra $20 and when I said I didn't, I was told that the synthetic was recommended and I pointed out that my warranty would expire in about a week. The guy then told me my power train warranty was good until 60,000 miles. I asked if a regular oil change would void that warranty and he indicated that it would, so I reluctantly agreed to the $44.99 synthetic oil change. The service dept. did the 80,000 mile servicing on our 2011 Avalon in less than an hour. My service rep. Rod confirmed that the tire rotation was free since I had purchased the tires at ES Toyota. When the servicing was completed, he reviewed the work accomplished and told me that our car was in excellent condition- and that is because ES Toyota has done EVERY 5,000 mile servicing on our car. Thank you!
