Not happy at all they don't honor what they tell you when you buy a vehicle from them I'll never go back not even for service had problems with that too complete b.s. not worth the paper they write on

Our purchase at Eastern Shore Toyota went very smoothly and there was no pressured sales tactics. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy transaction. Everyone was professional and courteous. I have had other car purchase experiences where I felt like I was almost pushed into making a purchase. Be careful of this dealership. I had been looking for a car for few months and found one their website. They had it for 23k online so I went to buy it and we agreed on the final price and just before I was about to sign the papers they raised the price to 27K. They told me they made a price mistake and will not honor the agreed price. They gave me all kind of reason that the owner of the company has been driving the car and he raised the price because he doesn't want to sell it. I was so frustrated with the whole process. I was not impressed. After three hours of wondering about my car I called my consultant to see what was going on and it took another hour. It was for an oil change and rotate the tires and took 4 hours. Seems like every time I go the service gets worse.
