3.5 hours for an oil change and put tires on my truck with an appointment. Worst service ever. They tried charging me to put my spare pack on the bottom of my truck. Service manager has poor customer service. This is my third bad review for this dealership.

A young man named Billy was fantastic....I only went in for an oil change but Billy gave me some wonderful tips on future care and other items to be aware of.....of course, I could always read the owners manual, but what fun is that?

At least this past experience! The only Auto Butler service in the area (40 miles away), so I chose to get oil change and tire rotation while I was there. Auto Butler service by itself is a 1-2 hour process. Still sitting in the waiting room at Eastern Shore Toyota 5 hours exactly to the minute. The reason I was given for the delay: They did not have the correct oil filter in stock!
Thanks Grant Maxwell! The best car dealer ever. The 2017 Camry definitely is an upgrade from the MB GLA! David hasn't complained a bit!

So today was Jessica Anderson Morris and my first experience with #easternshoretoyota and wow I was surprised......dealers already have a less than stellar rep when it comes to separating you and your money in regards to service, but wow. Long story short we bring Jessica's car in for a diagnosis on the air conditioner, a service that I was told cost $110. Received a call it needs four to five ADDITIONAL hours to diagnose the problem that may cost up to an additional $400-$500......good lord. The worst case scenario part onl... read more

Tried to buy a used car. The sales person didn't want me to take it to an outside mechanic. After she relented, my mechanic found 6 trouble signals and that the engine had too much oil. I didn't buy the car and the sales manager told me that they would make more money selling the car at auction. Don't trust any dealer that won't stand by their used cars.
