I just bought a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from Eastern Shore Toyota and am very happy with it. The whole experience of buying a vehicle from them was way beyond my expectations. They are such a friendly and helpful bunch of people that it was kind of a letdown when it was time for me to leave . Great people, great products ! I highly recommend you going there !

I had a noise in the undercarriage of my trusty 2000 Toyota Tundra. The rear differential needs replacing and we agreed that it was probably not worth the cost for a truck with 300,000 miles. I've had this truck for 15 years. Probably get a new Tundra to replace it. Assistant Service manager Mike was very helpful.

Went for an oil change left with a car wash oil change and ordered a new dash

After speaking with a sales associate on Thursday we made plans to meet him on Sunday after lunch. He said they was open on Sunday from 11-6 and we get there and the whole store is closed. We drove two hours to come here to possibly purchase a new four runner. Also we called and spoke with someone prior to the drive to be sure they was open. Come to find out, they just answered phones and didn't know they was closed. This is a terrible way to do business and treat new customers. We will never come back. We was lied to even b... read more

I just wanted to take a moment to say, "Thank you," to the service department there. My mom and dad had a blowout on the Mobile Bay Bridge heading from their house in Louisiana to my house in Florida. My father has dementia and my mom had their dog in tow. She was feeling very overwhelmed. The guys at Eastern Shore Toyota really helped my mom relax, rushed to get her new tires, and even got her puppy something to drink. Thank you for going above and beyond for my overwhelmed momma. I will recommend you guys in the future!

I took my car in just for the regular oil change and to have the tires rotated. I didn't have an appointment, but I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.
It doesn't really matter now does it??? .
