The whole experience was a awfully. Made appointment with a salesman almost a week in advance, got there( 11 oclock) on time of the day of the appointment, my husband and I sat and waited over 1 hr. He could not find the key for the car. So many thing went wrong, after almost 4 hr we bought a car I will take it back for service to keep my warranty up. I will never go to any other Toyota dealership for service or to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to get me anything that I need while I wait. I do usually wait anywhere between 2-4 hours but I understand that they are a top notch facility and have a lot of customers other than myself to tend to BUT the job is always done right the first time. The service department has GREAT leadership and I look forward to bringing my 4Runner back for it's next service. Great job guys!

These people will lie to you as the day is long. You ask for pictures of a car and it takes over a week and your still waiting. During two chats i have been cut off while asking a question. They refuse to discuss things with me. Rude staff all around. Danielle cox you can save that pathetic generic message you send to everyone on here. If you did Actually care. Been waiting over an hour to talk with a finance person to cancel my service agreement on a car I traded. Glad I won't have to deal with them again.

Eastern Shore Toyota has the worst service department I have ever experienced. After continued failures in the past, today was the final straw. If you are thinking about using them for vehicle service, I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. They are disorganized and appointments mean absolutely nothing.
