I love it the people are so nice and friendly they will help you and they will was your car for you and its so nice that they do that for you and they got great food in there
Do NOT go here! First, the car buying experience was beyond awful. Literally tried to give me a dollar yes one dollar for trade in on my 06 Honda civic hybrid. After taking the trade in off the table, being there all day, tired and not to mention pregnant I finally began the paperwork process on a 2014 corolla. After being told to only run my credit once, they hit it with TWELVE inquiries!! I was refused a spare key and even floor mats! Worst Customer Service coming from a Returning Customer I purchase a 2014 car in October 2013 from Southeast Toyota. I came back March 2015 to see what my trade in value would be if I purchased a more comfortable car with lower car payments. Sales rep nor Shawn Esfahani Jr. the top manager listened to my needs or wants and wanted to give me 14,000 on trade in then 15,000 then only 13,000 depending on what car I would purchase. Does that make sense? I will post the entire story below for more details.

Best dealership I've ever encountered! They go above and beyond to accomadate their customers... You can even get complimentary manicures or a shuttle to nearby shops and restaurants while waiting... Pet and kid friendly with a cafe that has daily specials! Love it here!!

Extremely helpful and polite until they get your money. They gave us a good deal on the vehicle but have not honored other promises that were made. Once you buy a vehicle they ignore you.
After looking around for a vehicle, we came across a very nice deal compliments of Mr. Charles Bryan Jr. He helped us get a wonderful deal and he was so courteous and helpful! Definitely not like any other salesman I've ever met! If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle definitely take the trip to Eastern Shore Toyota and pay Mr. Charles Bryan Jr a visit....you won't be disappointed!
