Ive dealt with some terrible car sales locations, but this place tops them all by setting the standard of care to the NEXT level. From my actual purchase to the service I receive on my car has been a pleasant/pleasurable experience! I can't imagine myself ever purchasing a car from anywhere else. The staff makes you feel like you're a priority and number 1 always!!!!!!!! 5 stars is simply not enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service is SLOW. Pulled up at 7am for a 20-min oil change. First in the door. I was told it would be quick, in-and-out. Now, 1hr and 15 min later my truck STILL isn't done. Never had that issue at Springhill Toyota! Now I'm having to cancel a business meeting because I'm stuck at the dealership!

The service department might be ok but the used car sales people do not back up what they say.
I have had decent experiences with Eastern Shore Toyota in the past- but my most recent was horrible! We were scheduled for an oil change, 4 new tires and detailing of our 4Runner. After my husband waited 1.5 hours in the lobby for the shuttle to bring him home we received a call that the car was ready. I called to make sure all services had been completed to learn that only the cleaning of the car had been completed-they didn't see the other two services on the appointment. Just purchased 2 vehicles from here Daquan and Alisha were amazing and very helpful made the process worth it, they took care of us every step of the way. Thank you.
They didn't put the temporary tag on my new vehicle, and I didn't realize it until I got back home (in Florida). When I called they told me that I could just drive without it as long as I have my paperwork in case I get pulled over. When I told them that I cannot accept that answer they asked me to drive back it get it - from Florida to Alabama. Now they won't return my messages and I still don't have the tag.
By far the best car buying experience ever. The best service I have ever received. Great team of people.
