3 HOURS!!!! I was told that I could come in for an oil change today and it would take 1-2 hours. It's been well over 3 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be taking my car to this dealership again.

I asked for more info about a SUV online, internet sales guy calls me back and tells me all about this vehicle and I told him ok we will be coming over to look at it that we were ready to buy.. We get over there salesman takes us for a long walk all around back and behind Hyundai still don't see this car (mind you he has keys in hand) then he goes and gets a SUV sorta like it and while driving us around the parking lot(3 times) he finally tells us that they must have sold it.... I had a wonderful experience at Eastern Shore Toyota. I got a great deal on a 2016 4-runner. My salesman Brandon Farmer was great. He showed me everything about my car & answered all my questions.
I haven't read any of the other reviews but I would like to share my recent experience at this dealership. I had an odd light that came on in the last couple weeks, and looking in the owners manual it stated it was an SRS (Safety Restraint System) Light. I brought it to the dealership and asked to have a diagnostic check run, which they supposedly ran. Brought my car in to get the ac fixed. They charged me 800 to replace something not related to the issue and didn't even fix the reason I brought it in. Both managers and even the owner are unresponsive. Will never do business with them again.
