Another issue!......I had my suv serviced at Eastern Shore Toyota on Monday. I continue to pull a bump and thought I had a flat tire on the way home. I got out of the vehicle several times and checked several times the tires.( but saw nothing) The next day, it continued to wobble and make a strange noise. I finally took it to a tire shop and my tires were about to fall off. The lugnuts were not tightend when it was serviced at Eastern Shore Toyota. Very upset
If getting your Own Finance, Do not Sign ANYTHING in finance We were at this dealership for 4 hours talking financing. Got to financing and signed papers including a backup contract which we didnt even discuss. The finance guy then says bring back a check for the amount of the car. We were like, "What?" They never told us we were going to get our own financing. I asked what happens to our $8000 down payment if we cant get financed on our own. My elderly mother and step father (has dementia or he would not have let this happen) carried their Toyota Suv in for a air bag recall and ended up with a $4000.00 repair bill! They told me the service guys told them they did not even need to drive it off the lot due to bad tires and that other things needed to be replaced so "they would not get stranded on the side of the road". What type of reaction do you thank they were looking for! They also charged them for a rental car that was buried in the five page service invoice.... read more
NO STARS!!! Well, we will not be doing business with Eastern Shore Toyota.. too bad they have a used car manager, Shawn, who is a complete asshole. Had a wonderful visit with a gentleman named Jay, then we got mixed in with an arrogant guy who low balled us on my car, interrupted me & would not let me speak and wanted to have an attitude and speak to us like we were dumb, so Greg stood up and said lets go. Well reading the reviews here are very informational. I will add mine. I bought a car there in 2009 and now there are a total of 6 recalls. If you call the dealership where I bought the car I am informed to call the settlement center.(which you can not get through to) I am very disappointed in Mr. Shawn Esfahani as you can't get through to him either. I would have though after going through court on a slanderer suite of his own he would try to a little more accessible to his customers. I for one will never buy another car fr... read more
I will NEVER step foot in this business EVER again! The saleman was ok but the managers went overboard to be pushy. After the third one badgered us with a barrage of questions, almost to the point of degrading us personally, I finally looked the last was in the eye & said "you just lost a sale." There is no sense in trying to force customers to buy a product they are not satisfied with. DO NOT BUY FROM EASTERN SHORE TOYOTA My husband and I have just filed a complaint with the BBB in regards to our poor service. First, we drive from west Mobile to Eastern Shore to look at a Nissan Versa, we even call a salesman by the name of Jay Rosa to let him know we are on our way. It turns out, that the car was already sold and we are not until that until we have been there for 30 minutes.
