Just bought our 2nd vehicle from Eastern Shore Toyota. Was in and out in a fraction of time compared to other dealers. Had a great salesman..Ed Reese ! They really go the extra mile to make buying and servicing your vehicle a pleasant experience.
Did not have a problem with eastern shore Toyota will buy from them again

I call about one vehicle that I like and want. And i want to deal with him over the phone about bringing price down because I like it. And the sales person says well you will have to come in and look and see what vehicle you like there's no way we can deal with the price over the phone. We don't know what you like. And I'm trying to save Gas. And I'm sitting here thinking I'm calling you about the one I want. Oh well I guess they don't want my business.
This place is a breaking joke i hate eastern shore Toyota if you want to be sexually harassed and hit on this is the place to go or if you want a car dealership to decided the car they want you to have this is your place they never asked me what i wanted the just drove some ugly ass matchbox up to the door and said i think this is the car for you then when i did pick the suv i needed for my family it took 4 hrs to do the paper work oh man i had a very very very bad experience here i will fever i mean never send anyone to the... read more
