This place sucks after 4 hrs of picking out my daughter's car the sales manager wouldn't warranty a 2014 avalon so they lost a 30,000 dollar cash sell. And the sales manager was the rudest sales manager to my 17/18 year old daughter and will be turned in to the BBB on Monday . He has ruined her from ever dealing with a car dealership again and he should be on his knees thanking the Good Lord he still has his grill in his mouth this morning .#UNSATISIFIEDFATHER.
Worse place ever to try to buy a car. Spent two hours basically waiting. Prior to going over filled out the info on the web site to be pre -approved and was told I was. Justin Stanton called me after the application and promised me the moon.. Assured me he would get me in a vehicle even if he took loss. I explained my current vehicle situation that I was upside down about $6,000 and he assured me it would not be a problem. So disappointed. I made an appointment for me and my sister-in-law to get an oil change over a week ago for this morning at 10:30, specifically to take advantage of the free manicure service. We arrive early after driving from Mobile and our servicemen told us two different expected wait times. We went back and confirmed a wait of 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, which we were fine with especially since it's Saturday. However, we did make an appointment to try and alleviate a massive wait time, but that didn't seem to matter. AT. ALL.... read more

So I made an appointment for an oil change for 10:15 a week in advance. They called me at 1:20 to tell me my car was ready. Keep in mind this was after I called and complained. It should NEVER take this long for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous!! They have zero customer service skills. I will never come back to this dealership. Heads up to people who think that making an appointment matters.... Well guess again it DOES NOT! Utterly frustrated

I just left the dealership service department and I will not be back. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. When purchased it was purported to have a Bumper to Bumper 10 year,100,000 mile warranty. As long as the service routine service was done. Had a great experience buying my new Camry here! Kevin Griffin was my salesman and he did a great job listening to my needs and wants in a new car. I told him about the awful experience I'd had next door at Honda, and he went over and above to make my experience at Eastern Shore Toyota as quick and painless as possible! Worst service ever. We had a problem with some tires we purchased. Vicki worked out a solution we thought. We brought the car in to get 4 new tires this morning. Four hours latter still no car. I think it's time to find a new tire mechanic. He must be getting paid by the hour.
I have had the best experience here every time that I enter the door, great customer service make you feel very welcome and Ed Reese (sales man) and Kyle Towner (finance) great team. Thanks for everything
Fantastic customer service every single time I have dealt with them... in person. I have just learned not to expect to accomplish anything at all over the phone. That being said I still refuse to buy a vehicle from anyone but Siddiq at EST.
