Sitting in the lobby at Eastern Shore Toyota this morning waiting on my Camry to get some routine maintenance (oil change). Toyota suggests you make appointments. I did. Mine was for 7 am. Still waiting, and today's experience has been typical of my previous experiences with their sevice department. I find it interesting that you can sit in your car and watch as they change your oil in 10 minutes at some businesses (without an appointment), but at this place it takes over an hour (with an appointment) and they dont let you w... read more
I bought a new 2014 Camry SE yesterday and I must say, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Danny was extremely helpful. He listened to all my concerns, work hard to help me get the best deal and treated me amazingly. Christopher, who did all the closing work, treated me like gold and made the final purchasing process easy and enjoyable. This was my second time buying from Eastern Shore and they have definitely earned my future business! I love my Camry!
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE!!! I had my car serviced on 9/11/13 and not only did they NOT detail my car like they were paid extra to do,they also messed up the valve stem on my tire when they were rotated and balanced,which caused me to have a flat later that day!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! I WILL NEVER take my new Camry there to be serviced again!!! They r totally useless and obviously more concerned about quantity,not quality!!!
Love Eastern Shore Toyota!!! I have been servicing my vehicles there since the opened this store. Vicky Bodet in the service area is THE BEST!!!!!!
Unprofessional. I've had better service at McDonalds on a Friday night after a football game.
