When you call someone after having problems with their department. They don't return phone calls. They messed thing's up on my truck, was supposed to call me when parts came in and mever did. Brought it back for work to be done on it, they never put the stuff back together. Where supposed to call me when they ran a diagnosis test and didn't here back, so I called after 7 1/2 hours and didn't get a straight answer. I scheduled my service appointment on line and they were ready to take care of my car when I arrived at the dealership. They rotated my tires and aligned them and completed the job before the time frame they gave me. Service writer was knowledgeable and polite.
