Overall great experience! The sales guys really went out of their way to help us get the car we wanted. There were some issues with expected features, but overall, everyone acted in good faith on all sides and at the end of the day we're driving around in the car we were looking for. Thanks!

I had a 2004 van and had to have it towed to Eastern Shore Toyota. While waiting a very nice lady (Alicia Bettis) asked if she could show me the new cars for sale. I settled on a 2017 RAV 4, good a real good trade in and price. So I now drive a new car and it feels real good. Great sales Department, sales lady, sales manager and finance manager. The trade went very smooth.
