That was the worst experience at a dealership we have ever encountered and we are not FIRST time buyers. Wouldn't even TRY to work with us or even run numbers besides on a calculator. We spoke on the phone day before asking to do majority of financing over the phone so we wouldnt be driving across the bay for no reason. Then with them not even "trying" is RIDICULOUS! Over a few years, I have purchased 2 Corollas from Eastern Shore. All maintenance and any kind of service has also been handled by EST. Have encountered no "grumpies" in any department. Everybody is always nice, pleasant and most informed as to products and services. In 2012, I purchased a new Forerunner (Limited) and opted for the extended warranty to cover service for 5 years. I was told "you will only have to put gas in your car for the next 5 years". Forward to 2017, my car has received every service, I also purchased new tires from ES Toyota and was overall pleased with the service. I took my car in for service Saturday, June 17 and when I returned, was given a bill for service. I informed them my service was still covered under the 5 year warranty. Great service... I have RAV4 my 1st Toyota SUV and I'm always pleased with their service.
If it hadn't been for Nate I probably wouldn't have bought a vehicle the day I did, because I went in wanting to pay cash for one so I would have payments, but he was so good, and I loved the vehicle that I couldn't resist.
