Purchased my car unexpectedly on September 5th. I can say that I was honestly sold on the car. Antoine and Justin provided excellent customer service from beginning until the end of purchasing my vehicle. They have both followed up with me to ensure that I am still satisfied with my new vehicle. I am still in love with my car and the excellent customer service I have received after my purchase. I highly recommend Eastern Shore Toyota and both gentleman.
I love it because the best salesman in the world, Ryan Sanford, works there!

I don't appreciate ES Toyota saying where I am. I did not give them permission to do that. They also didn't give me a chance to say it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my "45K miles service" - A tire rotation!

I would recommend buying a car there, but the service department is lacking! I had my 30,000 maintenance done. They indicated they topped off my fluids. However my windshield wiper fluid is empty. Makes me what they said they did, but actually did not.

We are very pleased with Eastern Shore Toyota. My Toyota Avalon Limited is a great vehicle. Roomy and comfortable. Smooth and quiet ride. All my service has been done by them and I cannot Thank Mike Rowe, in the Service Depaetment, enough for the way he has helped maintain our vehicle.
