I've owned a Toyota from them since 2010. Like their sales people and especially their service department when it's time for service. I drove my 2010 venza till I put 60,000 miles on it traded it in on a 2013 drove it to 99,000 miles. During that period because of the car and service I maintained it was still in great running condition, but I traded it in on the 2018 ch-r and I love it. Eastern Shore toyota is awesome. The best I can say is what a deal. Good sales and good service.
I totaled my car and ended up hearing about Eastern Shore Toyota from a friend. He told me about how wonderful they were and how great of an experience he had. Of course I was hesitant because I haven't had the best of luck with dealing with car salesmen in the past. I ended up driving almost 3 hours and had the pleasure of working with Nick G. I'm not thrilled with their service department. I made an appointment for an oil change with plenty of time to spare before my Drs. appointment. The hour and a half they said it would take turned into two and a half hours and When we ask for a vehicle to atleast get something to eat ,we were told they could rent us one. This is the sorriest excuse for a car dealership. They won't sell me another vehicle.
Timely manner!! They were very busy, but they managed to do my oil change and auto butler in about 3.5 hours. Auto butler alone can last up to 5 hours. I was pleased with the length of time it took them to finish my car. They did a fantastic job!!!

Good Service, Long Wait The process of making an online appointment was very easy, and my overall experience at the dealer was good. I was met promptly at the service bay at my appointed time. The reason that I cannot give a 5-star rating is because the wait time was 2 hours. I consider that amount of time to be excessive, considering that my vehicle was in for routine maintenance that mainly consisted of rotating the tires. A tire rotation should not take 2 hours, especially given that I had made an appointment.
