Had our new trucks 1st service and Auto Butler done yesterday, Auto Butler can take 2 hours or more alone, they had us in and out under 2 hours, great service as always, this is our 5th vehicle purchase from them, as always great great great,

I will not be back. Beware! They always find expensive issues that really don't exist. I took my vehicle in for oil change, was told I needed front brake shoes...was quoted a fair price of $179 so I told them to proceed. After a couple of hours of waiting, guy comes back out and stated they ran into an issue. He takes me back to shop where my vehicle is and mechanic tells me that both front calipers are stuck and binding and in need of replacement before pads can be changed. We could not be happier. The vehicle was immaculate, both inside and out. The staff went above and beyond to make our buying experience a success. The dealership was clean, friendly and inviting. The website was bright, user-friendly, and informative. Our only regret is that we live three hours away and can not easily take advantage of their after-purchase services. Today I traded in my car for a newer used and fairly priced Jeep.... Best experience ever!!! � Seana Jones made the process quick and painless. Got most of the deal worked out over the phone so when I made the 2.5 hour drive from PCB there was little left to do! Felt taken care of every step of the way and I got a great deal on a great car. Love the warranty and BEST interest rate. Will recommend to anyone, definitely ask for Seana!!
We had a very pleasant experience. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a sale. The service department has always been very thorough when performing routine maintenance and have never tried to sell us something we didn't need. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota.

We went "just to look at a couple of cars" to Eastern Shore Toyota looking for a new car for my Mom. She is retired and mostly drives around Daphne. We (me and my siblings) did wanted a safe reliable car for her. Seaborn worked with us; he listened, asked questions and listened again. He then showed us the type of cars that he thought fitted our needs. Sure enough, Mom (and I) fell in love with a 2017 Prius 2. Seaborn then helped us get the paperwork done easily. All in a fraction of time!

The purchase was fast and easy. Now I have had to use the service department and they were just as friendly as the sales team. I was given a loaner while they repaired an electronic door lock for us. The loaner was a beautiful vehicle that I enjoyed driving. I recommend Eastern Shore Toyota to all my friends it is definitely worth the drive from Pensacola, FL to Alabama. The price is right and the staff is amazing
