I truly enjoyed my experience. I had a hassle free buying experience. This was my third dealership. We just purchased our 3rd Toyota Sienna from Eastern Shore Toyota. Have had a good experience each time. I love my Sienna. The maintenance personnel are always friendly and helpful. Brandon Farmer and Mack Herrin made the puchase experience a good one. Our car was missing a head rest when we purchased it. Mack ordered it and we had it in 2 days. I highly recommend Eastern Shore Toyota.

I bought my '17 Tacoma from EST last year. You really can't bargain with the price on a Tacoma too much, and the manager knows this. They are all about the $, and that's understandable, but i remember they wouldn't budge on anything, like the trade-in price of my existing truck which I thought was a bit low. We have bought several cars at Eastern Shore Toyota. Everyone has always been kind and helpful, from management all the way down to the coffee shop staff. We have never had a bad experience and I would recommend Eastern Shore to anyone looking for a new or used car. The service department is excellent as well.
