Some places give you great products but their service personnel could not tell the difference between a steering wheel and a gear shifter. Other places have great service but no products or parts available. This place has great service, products and sales people. I even brought in my carburator to fix the idle screw and they fixed it for free on the spot. Nice service!

I bought a Yamaha motorcycle from Danny. Bike was excellent and Danny was a great sales person. The finance gent was thorough and quick. Appreciated that! The delivery tech, Jeff, was courteous and very helpful. All around a great experience. I would recommend anyone to buy a motorcycle from this great team!

I called service on Monday morning and asked them if they could inspect my 2008 waverunner. They were polite on the phone and explained that I could drop it off anytime and they would have a tech diagnose the rough idle issue I was having. I dropped it off about noon the same day and just a few hours later they called me and said a basic tune up would fix the problem. I asked them how long and he said it would be the next day. I just recently bought a motorcycle and started going to East Bay Motorsports to buy a helmet, books and a few parts for my motorcycle. I must say that this is one of the best auto/motorcycle shops I have ever been too.

First review and it gets 5 stars!! I got my M1 back in 2003 but never purchased a sportbike from East Bay. However, just about everyone I know that rides got their bikes from East Bay. In fact, I even helped people finance some of them and get some pretty good deals. The staff is really friendly and approachable for questions and what not.. They have pretty good deals and a lot of people have purchased sport bikes from them.. If you are in the market for two wheels, check them out or just go look for fun!

connecting rod and tore my engine apart in the middle of the SF bay bridge. I had this happen one year ago and took it to Contra Costa Power sports where I had bought the bike, which turned out horrible from both a repair and customer service standpoint. This last time Kawasaki suggested East Bay Motorsports and I couldn't be happier with the job they have done. As a business owner, in the motorcycling industry, I am pleased to see other people following the same ethics as I am, customer service is JOB #1. I order parts from EBMS for my business, and they are always helpful, and attentive, when I pick them up, they are usually busy, but quick to take care of everybody there, without being dismissive just to move the line along. There is a closer Honda/Yamaha dealer to my business, but I choose to do business with EBMS because they do such a great job. Thanks EBMS!
