I own a FJR 1300 and have been using the service Department for maintence and drop in oil changes. I have received nothing but spectacular service. The employees are always helpful and making sure I get the best service, advice and a fast service while I waite. I purchased a anti fogger for my helmet sheild and the employee volunteered to install it for me. Thank you and keep up the great work and service!

I recently purchased the Can-Am Spyder from East Bay Motorsports. My experience has been wonderful every step of the way. From the sales people to the mechanics, everyone has been extremely helpful in getting my needs met. I just picked my bike up from service. I own a 2000 yamaha r1000 (CLEAN)!! I had 520 sprocket con. kit installed, brand new tires, axle and bearings and a FULL service tune~up. Bryan Weckiewicz was the master tech. that worked his magic!! My bike runs sooooooo damn good! He is the man to see, i dont care what the hell you ride.This magician knows whats up. Great customer service! Got my vstrom from them earlier this year and had all my services here. They were great when I was thinking of buying my first bike, very patient an spent almost the whole day with me going over payment plans and negotiating financing. Trailering home our new Polaris 900 XP LE 4! We got a great deal from East Bay Motorsports! Marty, Elliott and Kim at the dealership were great! They got us in and out quickly. They had a brand new RZR out of the crate put together and ready to go when it was time to leave. We will definitely be going to Hayward to do business with EBM again. Brought my 09 ZX6R in for service - burned up stator. Not only did you replace the stator, the rectifier was replaced for the second time even after the recall...ALL AT NO COST! Thanks Joe...for talking to Kawasaki and getting my bike up and running. Darryl, your crew is very knowledgable and helpful. Everyone helped me from unloading my bike to getting it back. Now I'm working up a deal for another new bike
I was shopping for a Suzuki Boulevard M109r. I came to this dealership after searching the internet and pleasantly suprised to see that salespeople and managers were very cordial and welcoming. They had nice 2008 M109r on the floor that caught my interest and were more than willing to work with me on the price. In fact, after we had agreed on the price they were nice enough to transport the bike to my home in SF (at no extra charge).
