Their price was high on an older NC700X in stock but I got a great price after dealing with Marty who was very attentive despite being crazy busy that day because they had an event. Other staff was very helpful and Patrick in the service center is a super nice guy. I came away very pleased despite a bit of a wait due to how busy they were. Give them a chance. They are are better
I've bought 3 bikes from Marty at East Bay Motorsports over the last 10 years or so. He's a no non-sense salesman and a great guy. I would gladly seek him out to buy my next bike. The place also has the best selection for the brands they carry.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS. The guys here at service department are really friendly and takes good care of the bike. They are very responsive and great at all technical details about the bike. They do proactively advise if something needs to be taken care and when. I really appreciate the people at service dept., especially Josh, Ryan and Patrick!! Kudos guys... You folks are awesome!!
I have always had good experiences with parts and service here no I have not purchased a bike Covonne in the parts department has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and Josh in service has also been very helpful they have gone Above and Beyond on a few occasions when I was in a pinch!
I've been coming here for along time now. And have always been happy with my service. I highly recommend this store. From beginners to experts. They are not judgmental. Stop by and see Paulo. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Awesome dude. Service like this is what brings me back.
Great customer service from Marty. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining! He even gave us a palm read lol We bought a new Sea-Doo Jet ski and he gave us lots of tips to use and take care of it. We told him we were in a bit of a rush and he did the best he could to speed up the service. Unfortunately the Sea-Doo computers were down so they could not program the keys so we had to leave without the jet ski but he delivered it to us a few days later!!!
