I came back here for my 2nd motorcycle purchase in 3 years and dealt with Marty again and the whole transaction went smoothly. I got a competitive price that was the lowest in the Bay Area. I also came back for my 600 mile break-in service and everything went well too. For those who wants to buy, just deal with Marty, but shop around and know your price. Went to East Bay Motorsports today to pick up items I had ordered last week over the telephone. I have to say the parts department was great at not only ordering the parts for me but when I picked them up, I was greeted with a smile and a hello.

I have to honestly say that this is a shop with heart. Every experience I've ever had with this shop has always ended positivity. My first experience was bring in a motorcycle I was interested in buying. They checked it out and determined I had a piece of junk. They recommend a much better bike and the rest is history. Rating for sales and finance departments: I called around to 10-12 dealerships looking for a good price on a bike to match a very high volume dealership in southern CA, Marty is the ONLY one who called me back in a timely manner and quoted me a competitive price with no BS. I surprisingly had a very good experience here, since people seem to have mixed reviews about this place. I always heard the showroom here was definitely a place to visit even if you're not intending to buy. They have the largest selection of pwc's I've seen in the bay area. We bought a 2008 Seadoo RXP-X. Our sales person, Gil, was awesome. He had a positive friendly vibe and he was extremely helpful with our questions.
