I just bought my second motorcycle from East Bay and Marty. I had a very positive experience. I received a fair price and things were explained to me clearly and honestly. I really enjoyed working with Marty. Good dude.

Never bought a bike here but the parts department is great! I usually order my stuff online and within 30 min I get a call saying my parts are ready for pick up. The guys behind the counter always have what I need and they're prompt about their service.
They finance people were a great help. The salesman was young and new about the bike but he could not offer much in the way of any deals except for a 10% discount. that is why only 4 stars. This dealership has just about everything you could need, and are one of the last ones out there that offer so much in one spot. It's like cyclegear and a moto dear in one.
I had a an issue with my bike, and the service guys took great of me. Very thorough job. Got me in and out quickly and back on the road.
My husband and I had a great experience over the weekend with Marty and the gentlemen in finance - great customer service and very attentive. Marty is very knowledgeable in terms of assisting us purchasing a motorcycle.
Great customer service. Mike in the service department is very knowledgeable and looks out for customer cost savings and provides recommendations.
