Bought my first bike here this weekend; 2014 Honda Shadow Spirit. Overall a positive experience with Chris my sales person and the rest of the team at EBM. Love my bike, got a fair price on it, small lack of communication regarding the final out the door price and loan term, but all was resolved and felt that I got exactly what I had hoped for. Love these guys. They have a big showroom with all kinds of different bikes for you to check out. I worked with Ben, and he was really helpful. The paperwork was quick and painless and i got a great deal. They gave me some wax and cleaning supplies and a good deal on some gear as well. I now bring my bikes here for servicing as well. We purchased a Kawasakai Jet Ski here May 2014. The first time to EBM were able to walk around, take our time and look at everything. Then we meet Marty! Right away we knew we would buy a jet ski from him. (Basically if we did not meet Marty that day we would not have been back.)
