I brought my bike in for a Fuel Injection dash board service light issue. It was a Monday and I thought it would be a couple days before a service tec could even look at it. Joe Souza the Service Tech said that if possible he would have someone look at it. He and his tec had it fixed thesame day!! I could not pick up my bike till May 4th. It was sitting their for 5 days. Called in to get a first time service from mike, they had me right in the door to get some new tires and inter tubes for my dirtbike. the service was great and these guys know what there DOING. very professional definitely recommend east bay motorsports service department

We recently purchased an ATV from EBM. We had excellent sales service from Collin and Ken who made the process very easy and went that extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the new toy.
I came here last year and bought my 2012 X10r, big rich helped me out, super patient guy, the finance manager named guy took care of the paperwork pretty easy, and I came back this year and bought the dual sport crf 250L, and again had a great experience.
Great customer service here. Came in looking at getting a new dirt bike for me an my son. Wasn't sure what I wanted but after talking to one of the salesman on the floor (who's name I can't remember) I found a bike for me an my son. I will be returning here again for all my bikes!!!
I must say that my experience with East Bay was the best. I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else. You are 100 miles away, but I like the people, product and prices the best. My Kawasaki was the best item for price and the expert sales staff made me feel welcome, even as a beginner. I tell everyone I know where to shop.
