We looked around a lot of different dealerships to buy our motorcycles.. Despite the bad reviews, finally decided to call East Bay Motorsports and spoke with "Guy" in sales. i have only had one experience with EBM, but i felt i was treated well and got a fair deal. i was dreading going in, having read some of the reviews here. i called ahead to see if they had the bike i was interested in. i was a little disappointed to find out they don't offer test rides, but then a 5 mile test ride doesn't tell me much anyway. i made them an offer, we went back and forth a bit, then agreed on a price that i think was fair. suzuki was giving a screaming deal on financing, so even though i was planning to self ... read more
I just got home from EBMotorsports, after unloading my new Honda ATV, i logged on yelp and looked up these guys. In all honesty, i was soo impressed my the people here. The sales manager, the finance manager and Marty, went out their way to get me a deal. I truly am shocked. I was willing to go home empty handed but they made sure i got a deal. I was totally impressed with the guys in the service department, along with the on hand stock of parts for my SV650. I was passing through San Fran when I had to get some emergency work done to my bike, luckily I found East Bay! They were open on a Monday (bonus!), had my part in stock and Joe Souza in service was very helpful in accommodating my repair quickly. Like I said, totally impressed. Thanks East Bay!

Had a great experience today at East Bay Motorsports ... I wanted a Yamaha FX Cruiser SHO and sent inquiries to every dealership in the bay area ... Marty was the only person to have a timely and credible response that was not standard MSRP nonsense ... I just have to say that we bought a Spyder on Sat everything was going well until today. My husband was gettig use to it so he could drive it to work for mileage factor and he wanted a toy. We couldn't drive it home so the owner (Phil) and Tyler brought it to our house. Dennis drove it all dayy on Sunday geting use to it and then he went out on MOnday iand it wouldn' start at all.
