I had a great experience. Marty was our salesperson and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He personally delivered the bike to me a few days later because I was unable to take it right after purchase. The showroom is beautiful with plenty of toys! I've been to many different motorcycle / motorsports dealers and found this one to be exactly what appealed to me. They were helpful but not pushy. If you go, make sure you see Marty, he is very friendly and helpful. Thank you EBMS.
Great bunch of people in the service dept. took my sea doo challenger boat in and I had nothing but great service. The boat was in and out and most important they fixed my problem. Thanks guys your awasome

Great dealership. Probably the best deals in the area, attentive staff and they even have quality control after the visit. I highly recommend working with Marty - he's super knowledgeable and fun guy that will take perfect care of you from A to Z. Great experience with East Bay Motorsports. I worked with Paulo, Robert, Tim, and Matt. All are very knowledgeable about bikes and products both factory or aftermarket. Unlike some of the other retail motorsports stores where they hire whoever and don't know what they are talking about. They have expert recommendations on what to purchase since they all ride themselves (dirt, street, adventure, supermoto, track, etc) . I had a good experience and will be returning.
After going to multiple motorcycle shops throughout the years I decided to come to EBM for a something that was going on with my YZ250f that another shop couldn't diagnose. I brought the bike in back and everyone was nice offered to help me with my bike. Josh the Service Adviser in back checked my bike in and said they'd call me in a few days. Fantastic experience! I bought a new, quasi adventure bike (honda cb500x) this weekend. Felt I received a fair/totally reasonable price! In fact, I'm totally stoked! No problems at all with sales IMO! Marty was great! Both me and the bike were out of there in record time.
