over 1100 % markup on parts – First he good. The people on the phone were very polite and professional. Two technicians arrived, one that was very good the other was very nice and in training. The service charge of $69 less $25 if you mention there website seemed very reasonable. Now the bad. They put a new capacitors. They wanted to charge $225 for the parts. Prompt, courteous service, and a cool house! – I called Drain & Air Rescue at the height of hot-season because my AC drain was clogged, rendering the AC useless. Joshua came out the next morning, fixed the problem and offered a number of other services to keep my AC performing well. Recommended!

Great Customer Service – My A/C went out this morning. I called Drain & Air Rescue and they set me up for an appointment that same afternoon. I was down for a 3:00 - 5:00 time frame. Around 3:30 this afternoon Adam showed up at my door. He was very polite and knew his stuff. He immediately checked out the system and located the problem. With in about 30 minutes he had my A/C working. Adam went the extra mile for me. He discovered a leak in my system that I did not even know existed. Desperate for AC – After my AC went out after another 100* day in Austin, I contacted Austin Drain and Rescue at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. Much to my surprise, I didn't get an answering machine, but spoke to the service dispatcher who scheduled a technician to be at my home by 11:00 am Monday morning. My technician Josh showed up a few minutes early, was very courteous and professional. Rescued from the heat -- – I contacted Austin Drain and Rescue when my AC finally went out. The crew to install the new system arrived promptly, worked professionally and were very courteous. Additionally, they cleaned all the debris and removed the old units. I felt they did an exceptional job and will certainly use Austin Drain and Air Rescue in the future for other projects. Awesome and helpful service – Joshua was great! I had an emergency and with an 8 month old in the house I needed service now! He arrived and walked me through all the steps to fix my ac. It was great work.

Great Job! – Josh did a great job! We were fearing the worst and got same day- quick service. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the work he did. Will recommend Austin Drain and Air Rescue to anyone who will listen.
