They came at 5:00pm on a Sunday – Great service! It was a 106 degree day hear in Austin and what do you know our A/C decides to stop working. It was brutal. We called and they came out with-in two hours and got us fixed up - even thought it was a Sunday evening. They are very professional. In fact Josh (who was our service man) was on the news tonight talking about air filter's which happened to be one of our issues (among others!). Fast and Fabulous AC service!! – Our AC went out on Saturday - of course - and Josh showed up, diagnosed the problem, did a quick fix to get us through the night with a working AC and then showed up with Luke on Sunday morning and made the repairs ... couldn't have been more courteous or professional ... definitely have become our #1 call for repairs!
Quick Response – I called about noon on a Friday expecting to hopefully get a spot on Monday but Drain and Air rescue scheduled me in for a 5pm spot! Josh showed up and quickly figured out what was wrong with the AC and gladly showed taught me the basics and showed me how I can better maintain my AC. he answered all of my questions and was very friendly. hopefully their plumbing is this good too because I'll be calling them when needed!

Great service for the price – Last night my air conditioning system broke around 9:00PM. After calling numerous companies and receiving several voice mails I finally got a in touch with an actual person. Within an hour they had someone at my door. Josh the technician came in and diagnosed our problem swiftly and affordably. I highly recommend Drain and Air Rescue for anyone who wants great service because when my family needed them they were there.

Needed to be rescued – Called in the morning and were at my door and done in the time the dispatcher told. Josh, my new air expert, diagnosed the problem and offered me several options on fixing my issues. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Josh and ADAR.

Quality Service – Though my technician, Josh, arrived later than scheduled, the actual fix was quick and affordable. The technician was polite and enjoyable during the time he was fixing the unit. Because he ran late, due to circumstances beyond his control, he discounted the diagnosis charge. All in all a good experience.

over 1100 % markup on parts – First he good. The people on the phone were very polite and professional. Two technicians arrived, one that was very good the other was very nice and in training. The service charge of $69 less $25 if you mention there website seemed very reasonable. Now the bad. They put a new capacitors. They wanted to charge $225 for the parts.
