Friendly Quality Service – Jim Palmer came out to my house on Monday to do a free annual walk through of the house and check for any potential problems. He cleaned out my wife's clogged sink for free and told me about several small fixes that needed to be made and explained to me how to take care of the easy ones myself (instead of trying to sell me on letting him do it for 10 times the cost.) Drain & Air Rescue - Air Conditioning – D&A Rescue is great! We started using their service when our A/C motor went out in the middle of summer. They promptly fixed our system and then again in the winter when our furnace went out. We use their premium membership and get discounts on all services. Every service representative is great! Today we had Joshua and loved all the great advice he provided us. Very polite and helpful servicing -- every time. Thanks Drain & Air Rescue!!

Air Conditioning Help – I had drain and rescue come and check out my AC to get it ready for the summer. They were polite and respectful of my home...even put on shoe covers!! Cheap price and friendly service!! Bring on the summer heat!!!

No Show Twice! – I called on a Saturday and they scheduled for someone to come on Tuesday between 1 - 5. I waited until 5 and when no one called I called them to see if they were still coming. They said oh we will have someone come out the next day. Well on Wednesday I sat and waited again from 1-5. Again a NO SHOW. So I called them and they were like sorry we aren't getting anyone out to your house. Okay why couldn't they call to let me know this, reschedule, or cancel. I do not recommend this company!

Great Service – Joshua showed up to flush out our system to get it back up and running. He spent a lot of time explaining why he was doing what he was, and provided some recommendations to make the unit cool the house more efficiently. He was very professional and explained things in a manner that I understood. He took the time to go over things, and stayed to make sure the house cooled to a desired temperature. Personable and Professional – Henry came and diagnosed the problem we were having with our sump pump. They needed to order the parts so Jim came within a couple of days and competed the repair. The repair did not take as long as anticipated, so they adjusted the price accordingly. I feel comfortable calling them back if another problem occurs. Thanks, guys!

Prompt , honest, and excellent service – I had my first experience with Drain and Air Rescue today as it was my day off and I had a multitude of plumbing problems that needed addressing. I did research on line to fine a good plumber that seemed to get good reviews. From my first interaction with the lady that answered the phone to Jim who came out to do the repairs, everyone was polite, honest, and positive.
