Great technicians – I give Joshua and Luke each 5+ star ratings -- very professional, cordial and did an expert job. The reason I give only a 4-star rating is that there was very poor communication with the office, technicians and myself with regard to schedule changes and I was waiting around a very long time on a couple of occasions. In all instances, it took me to call them to find out what was going on. I would give the company a 3-star rating and these two technicians a 5-star rating...

Can't do any better! – Jim Palmer came out to check our trash compactor. Showed up well within the committed time, proceeded to diagnose the problem, then solved it. Gregarious gentleman, well versed in his trade. It is employees like Jim who make Drain and Air Rescue the company they are. As I said in the headline...can't do any better than these guys!

Great experience – Jim Palmer and his son did a great job installing our Rinnai LS75IN tankless water heater. They came to our house and did a free estimate. During the estimate they clearly explained everything (electrical, gas, etc..) necessary to bring our old house up to code and get the water heater working properly. They also readily answered any questions I had during the entire process.

Great Service – I had a backed up toilet and called Drain and AIr Rescue because of their advertising on TV. Jim Palmer was the technician that showed up and he was very helpful. He showed up on time and was very clean and polite. If I have another plumbing issue, I am definitely calling them.
