Friendly Service – Broken pipe = bad morning, but my experience with Drain and Air Rescue has been everything BUT bad. From Diane who took our call this morning and quickly scheduled an apt. to Jim who fixed the pipe at a reasonable price everyone has been friendly and professional. It is nice to know there are still companies out there that really care about helping people and don't take advantage of unpleasant situations. Great plumbing Service – I was very pleased with the service call for a stopped up shower drain and a commode tank draining continuously. Jim Palmer repaired both in a short period of time and was very neat and polite. Because I had experienced a high water bill, he checked the water meter after he completed his work to verify that there was no water leaks anywhere else. He was very professional in his actions. GREAT experience - from start to finish – From my initial call to Drain and Air with problems with my furnace, I knew that I got the right company. Diane made me feel that my call was important and quickly scheduled my appointment. The technician, Domingo, arrived on time and did a detailed analysis of my heating system. SUPER fast service – inexpensively – We have an old house on the south side, and, as such, we have plumbing problems. These guys are the only plumbers that we've found that come out same day and give fast, cheap, honest service. They showed prices ahead of time & capped at those prices. I appreciate that!

Complete and great job done, thanks! – We woke in the morning and turned on the faucet in the kitchen and there was complete silence.The pipes FROZE!! No water, means no coffee i.e bad morning. We have two kids and were surviving with an emergency gallon of drinking water for everything - like camping. It was charming for a bit but got old quickly. Enter Jim Palmer from Air rescue. $14K HVAC System Nighmare – I would strongly avoid these people for whole system replacement. There has been nothing but ongoing confusion over the items to be installed even though I sent an exact parts list. I'm still baffled how an exact parts list can be misunderstood...but they've managed multiple time now. Also, they are trying to charge extra for items that were on the parts list I sent for the quote. Crooks, in my opinion.
