Fantastic service! – They saved me. I had a major flooding/drainage emergency late this evening. My toilet overflowed and sewage was in my tub and all over the floors. Quite embarrassing. After I called Drain and Air Rescue, the service tech was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Jim Palmer was very courteous, and took the time to not only explain what was causing the drainage issues, but showed me exactly what was going on with a camera placed inside my sewer line. Good plumbing job – I accidentally cut off neighbor's water today and really caused a lot of trouble. Since it is weekend and I'm afraid that my neighbor wouldn't have water until the weekend is over. we called Drain and Air Rescue and Jim Palmer came and repaired water pipe line within 2 hours, he is very knowledgeable and has done a great job.

Experts in Drain & Air! – Diane always begins a phone conversation pleasant and helpful! Domingo completed routine check-up on AC. He was knowledgeable, thorough, enthusiastic and passionate and that made a lot of information easier for me to understand and enjoyable to hear!!! I'm glad Austin Drain & Air Rescue are on our side!!! As always, very impressed!!!

If you have any plumbing needs, this is a great group to call. Jim Palmer explained everything about what was wrong with my hot water heater and installed it beautifully and checked everything before he left. I highly recommend Austin Drain and Air Rescue.

Everywhere! – Okay so I see these guys all over the place TV, Web, and mail. So I decide to give them a shot. They did great! I won't go into too much details due to the mess that was everywhere but they cleaned it up as well at no additional cost to me! At the end of the call he asked me to please leave a review. That got me thinking why would they ask me to leave a review if they did a bad job? So these guys always do a great job and deserve 5 star reviews for their performances. Bravo! Above and Beyond – I was very happy with the service I received from Jim Palmer. He did a great job on what the service call was all about. When he was done I asked about a different siituation I was concerned about. Since there was still time "left on the clock" he offered to go up into my attic to search a possible leak. He found it. He confirmed what was needed to have the fire sprinkler company correct a problem not yet discovered.

Upselling is annoying – They came out and performed their job as expected, but they tried to upsale me on a 160 job to a $3500 job. I got the empression that if i didnt know what was really involved with the job, that this plumber would of tried to rip me off. In fact, that is what he was trying to do, but because of my knowledge in the construction field, i know the man hours invovled in doing the job and cost of materials. Great service – This is the second time I have had a water leak in my home and both times Diane got someone out to fix the problem. Jim Palmer was quick and experienced and was very fair with the price. I will call them back with the next problem and tell everyone I know to use them too. Thanks, I know it is a busy time with the freeze that we had and I appreciate the same day service.
