Great company – Our AC broke a couple of days ago so we called Austin Drain and Air Rescue. It has been a wonderful experience. They were able to get a tech out ASAP. The tech Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood everything causing the problems with the unit. Other than needing a new unit this has been a great experience!

Great Advice! – Wow! Josh came out and took care of our annual preventative maintenance on our two AC units. He sat down and took a history of our home, was highly personable, did a thorough work-up and even took pictures to show me where we had multiple leaks in our air conditioning in our attic. He was highly professional and I will be requesting him again. Spring tune-up – Josh came out for a spring check up for our two units. He was very polite and very educational on the items that needed attention. I like that he also quoted the costs of the items in the order of necessity. Very satisfied with the quality and attention to detail.

Great Service, Great Price, Quick Sunday Response – I had a plugged drain line that backed up into my bathroom sinks and air conditioning drain. I couldn't be without AC, even if it was Sunday! For some reason I bypassed the "big name" "A/C companies and gave these guys a call before 7 AM on Sunday. I was surprised that I got a "real person," not just an answering machine. Great Technician – Sergio was a very good representative of your company. He made a good appearance, wore the blue booties, was courteous and professional. He spent many hours in our hot attic and didn't complain and removed all the garbage. He left the place as clean as he found it.

Great Service – Josh is awesome. He rebuilt a bunch of my ductwork for a zoned system, put in manual dampers for air balancing, and got all of my ductwork sealed up tight (old and new). He's very knowledgeable, detail oriented (I'm a picky engineer) and made an extra effort to keep me informed of everything he was doing. I had a few technicians come out for this job, and he was definitely the best.

HVAC Cleaning – Joshua came to our house to clean and examine our unit. He was very courteous and professional! He made sure and put booties on over his shoes to protect our floor, was polite when talking to us and made sure we understood what he was saying about our unit. He made suggestions but was not pushy and I did not feel intimidated into purchasing something I did not want at this time. We were very happy with the entire process and service! We recommend Austin Drain and Air Rescue to anyone.
