Best Air Conditioning Service/Repair – After coming home in the evening to a hot house and calling around to a few different companies I was actually able to get through to a live person at Austin Drain and Air Rescue after hours. Being in the middle of a record breaking heat wave I thought there might be a long wait but they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning. RESPONSE TO CLOGGED DRAIN – I was out of town when my wife discovered a major problem with clogged drains. She called my son, who immediately put her in contact with D&R Rescue. Their service tech, Tyler, came out and was working to solve the problem when I finally arrived. He also advised us on some follow-up options, which helped us save a ton of money on some additional repairs needed. Like my son, I was thoroughly impressed with Tyler and his company and would not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

Great Execution to Repair my AC - coil replacement – Called this morning after getting a quote to replace a coil that was under warranty. Austin Drain and Air Rescue - Air Conditioning came in at not just lower but was also able to come out this afternoon to replace the bad coil. Eric and Luke were great and worked well together even in the attic which, of course, was awfully hot up there. I'd definitely look to Austin Drain and Air Rescue - Air Conditioning to do my AC service and repair from now on.
