Prompt Service; Outstanding Work – I returned from an out-of-town trip to discover my A/C stopped working. After a most uncomfortable and sleepless night, come Monday morning I was on a mission to not have a repeat of the night before. Austin Drain and Air Rescue was the only company that could have someone out the same day -- make that within 30 minutes, the same day! 2 Technicians Helped me with my truck – I am 8 months pregnant and ran out of gas off of Mopac last Thursday. Everyone kept speeding by, but then 2 of Drain and Air Rescue technicians stopped to help me. They were so nice and helpful and I would have been stranded in the 100 degree weather for hours without them!!!! Their names were Angel and Alex and I just want to say thank you for going out of your way to help me and may God Bless you. I will DEFINITELY use Drain and Air Rescue in the future!!! Jessica

AC repair - Man it's HOT!! – My AC went out while I was out of town and when I got home, the house was literally baking!! I called Austin Drain and Rescue because they have done great work for me in the past. This time they sent Josh out who was prompt, courteous and did the work quick and well done. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and air conditioning in general. See if you can get him to come out when you have AC problems.

Drain and Air Rescue saved the weekend – Of course, during this very hot weather my air went out on a Saturday night. Drain and Air Rescue were the only people to answer the phone on a Sunday morning. Diane was quite helpful and she sent out a tech by the name of Josh who showed up at the appointed time and got the air back on asap. We did not have to face the afternoon heat. I would recommend them to a neighbor. Thanks guys!

Polite and professional – I have been a customer of Drain and Air Resue for several years. I have been pleased with their prompt and professional work. The explain the problem and are very clear about what options I have and what they will cost. I am especially impressed with their Technicians. Josh Turner knows his stuff and explains the problem and how to resolve them in the most cost effective way. I would (and have) recommend Drain and Air Rescue

Very Good Service – I was quite pleased with the service of Drain and Air Rescue. Josh came and did a fair amount of service to my AC/heating system and it was done efficiently and he was very fastidious. The morning started a bit rough when the person who was supposed to show up called that he would be 5 hours late, but they promptly sent out Josh and took care of the problem. I'm very pleased.

Excellent!! – I was very pleased with how quickly Adam came out to my house to repair my air conditioning unit. He identified the problem immediately, showed me what needed to be fixed, and was able to quickly repair it for a very reasonable price. Five stars!!
