AC Genie – AC unit broke around 5:30pm, Josh was at my house by 6:30 and we had AC by 7:00! Awesome service and will be on my speed dial FOR SURE~!!!!!

Great customer service! – Nothing is worse than a 100 degree day and an air conditioner that doesn't work. But calling Austin Drain and Rescue and having Josh Turner come to our house to fix our problem definitely made things so much better! Josh was on-time (actually to-the-minute), professional, and extremely pleasant. Great AC Service – I called them, left a message, and got a call back almost immediately. Josh came out to the house in about and hour and had my AC fixed in about 30 minutes.
Air conditioning – Josh came out to the house before the scheduled time. He was quick, polite, nice to the dogs and fixed our air conditioning quickly and painlessly. I appreciate the service call and can now stop sweating in the house!
On time and on point – the technician they sent out was very informative and knowledgeable. He was able to show me the problem and walk me thru the process....and he saved me some money in the long run.
after hours Quick fast and ontime – Called 8:20 pm tech was here 9:15 pm repaired my unit in less than 45 minutes. Fast freindly service I highly recommend!!! My tech Josh was very knowledgable helpful.
great a/c and plumbing co!!! – I love this company, they are so nice and so good at what they do.They have the best techs in the business.I had a guy named josh over for the a/c inspection that they perform every year and he was very helpful and informative. He really went out of his way to answer all my questions.
