Most Helpful and Amazing service- Air Conditioning – Josh was extremely Helpful. He came after hours when I got home from work. He tried so many different things to fix my ac. Even told me to get something fixed that was detrimental to me and leaking carbon Monoxide that no other ac company has told me. He finally ran the water hose to cool my ac off and on the roof. It worked! No pressure to buy a new ac or anything Big!! Amazing!! Thankyou Josh at Austin Drain and Air Rescue!
Work on A/C ducts – Luke and Berry and braved the Hot temps in the Attic to quickly complete some A/C duct work that no other company would take on in this heat, They were prompt and curtious and were very accomdating to ensure the work was done before my partner got home from the hospital. They are both are excellent workers and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Josh saved this review – Josh Turner was great. He was very nice and figured out what was going on with my thermostat. But the guy in the office that I spoke to is another story and really annoyed me. When the tech is "way up north" and not done tell the customer that. Dont just tell them "he is finishing up and then on his way". I waiting almost 2hrs for the tech to finally get to my house. Professional Service Technician – When our air conditioning unit stopped cooling, our technician Josh was verry knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He identified, explained and fixed the problem rapidly. You should definitely request Josh.
Josh is the greatest! – Josh got my AC running today! It quit cooling last week. Josh arrived and immediately figured out the problem and got the AC going. He is so personable and friendly. Josh saved my summer! – Prior to calling Austin Drain and Air Rescue, I had very bad experiences with HVAC repair. My yearly tune-ups were done by one company, but i was dissatisfied with their service so I switched to Sears home service. The first sears tech came out and pointed out all of the things that the previous company had done wrong. he sprayed down my coils, checked my drain pan and said that everything was good. great service – I had my A/C out all weekend. Gave them a call Monday morning and someone came out just a few hours later. He was very helpful and I'll be up and running with a new coil same day.
Fast, Great, Reasonable Cost Plumbing Service – I called with backed up sink at 12:30 P.M. on a Monday. The service tech. (with 16 years experience) arrived at 1 P.M. Took 45 minutes to clear sink blockage that was 15 feet down ($79), then replaced outdoor water faucet that was continually leaking ($66). I asked him about replacing another outdoor water faucet, but he got it to turn on and run water again. He said I did not need the 2nd water faucet replaced.
