I can't say enough nice things about Josh Turner! He is awesome!! He took the time to really explain the issues that our seriously old system has and also took the time to write out 4 different options of ways we could go about getting them repaired so that we could find a repair for each issue that would work for our budget. He was so patient and knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend Josh Turner to anyone with AC issues!!

Scheduled an AC tune up, and they came out the same day. Josh Turner, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He was also just a really easygoing guy that made us feel comfortable about the work he was doing. I plan on using this company again, even though their prices are pretty steep, largely because of Mr. Turner's outstanding customer service.

After my A/C stopped working on a Friday evening I contacted Austin Drain and Air Rescue. Josh was at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem! Unfortunatley, my outdoor unit (17 years old) had given out and I had to make the tough decision to either repair it or replacie it. Josh patienly explained my options without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured and he answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I did decide to replace the unit and I am very happy with the results.

Josh Turner is the only man you want working on your A/C. My wife and I have used them twice and signed up the first time for there memebership program. Both times the membership has saved us money. Josh came out and did great work. I Manage an Automotive shop, so I know what its like when people just assume your going to rip them off. Which no doubt there are places like that, but Josh is a dude you can trust to leave alone and not "find" something else to charge you for. We've used them twice, both last minute, and they were awesome. Josh is amazing. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. It's a very respectable company that doesn't take advantage of you and Josh is a very respectable guy. Thanks for keeping us cool!

I found Austin Drain and Air Rescue online, when my AC was leaking water inside the house. I emailed Sunday night and on Monday morning before 8am had a confirmation email waiting for me, and by 10 had a service representative at my house, and the problem was fixed before noon. Both service representatives were polite, unobtrusive, and professional, and efficient! Excellent job, guys!

Josh T with Austin Drain and Air Rescue came to my house to diagnose my AC problem. He provided the most professional and wonderful customer service experience possible given my situation. Josh was called to my house on a Sunday evening to look at the AC unit. He was friendly, professional, personable,knowledgeable, and couteous.
