After scheduling a service call for someone to look at my direct vent fireplace system, I received a TEXT 30 minutes BEFORE the arrival time telling me that they didn't work on my type of system. It would've been nice to know this before I took off work to be home for the service call. That's not the way to treat people.

Worst service ever. Paid 600 with the 69 dollar groupon. Still having problems with secondary drain leaking. Last tech that was out there said the the drain was clogged underneath the restroom sink. He removed a pipe and now i have a link underneath the sink. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever!! I was a club member and called to cancel my service. The gentleman I spoke with did he would give me 3 months for free to reconsider. 2 months in I called to have someone come out and take a look at our AC because it wasn't cooling that well. Diane, who answered the phone, told me I was lying about the 3 month free offer. After she spoke with the gentleman who promised it, she set up a same day service for 3-5 pm. I called about a heater this morning , a tech was sent out the same day. I'd like to thank Josh Turner for troubleshooting and getting our heater up and running. He was very nice, informative and courteous. and didn't seem to mind all the questions.... Excellent service, Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

Thank God for these guys. Got home from a trip to find A/C out on a Sunday night. I called them and they were out here the next morning...on time! Garrett was friendly and great...going the extra mile to help out. They took pictures of what was going with my unit on the roof...explaining all and letting me know how I could save money. Dependable, efficient and courteous service:)

Very professional and helpful team of great technicians. Rudy came out today and gave us some great tips in getting more from our AC investment. I love it when I can learn how to save money. Service was outstanding and Rudy was able to handle everything our units threw at him! Rudy again came out today 3/25/13 and this time found and fixed a problem that was very difficult. He again went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Rudy and the team at Drain & Air Rescue.

In my last year at UT Austin our air conditioner experienced electrical issues as well as a blocked drain line. Drain & Air was the 4th contractor to send technicians, and they sent the most professional and helpful people of all. Our apartments were old, and the air conditioner had a clog in the drain line, which was tied in to our upstairs neighbor's drain line. The prior 3 technicians from other contractors never did figure out the tied drain lines being the issue at hand, but the pro from Drain and Air was happy to go up... read more
