Josh Turner is the only man you want working on your A/C. My wife and I have used them twice and signed up the first time for there memebership program. Both times the membership has saved us money. Josh came out and did great work. I Manage an Automotive shop, so I know what its like when people just assume your going to rip them off. I found Austin Drain and Air Rescue online, when my AC was leaking water inside the house. I emailed Sunday night and on Monday morning before 8am had a confirmation email waiting for me, and by 10 had a service representative at my house, and the problem was fixed before noon. Both service representatives were polite, unobtrusive, and professional, and efficient! Excellent job, guys!
Josh was awesome - not only did he help with fixing my AC but also showed me tips on how to keep it running for a long time. Super professional, super friendly, 10/10 highly recommended!

Josh just left my house after giving my AC the fixing it needed. He did a great job of not overselling me while letting me know what really needed to be done in order to make the system work the way I wanted. Given the fact that I have a 12 year old AC unit, we're looking at replacing the system and are giving serious consideration to using Drain & Air Rescue when we do.
JOSH is the Best! Josh is a great technician. He has been to our place twice and has been thorough and courteous both times. He even informed me of a neighbor's exterior a/c unit that looked faulty and should be inspected.
