Josh just left my house after giving my AC the fixing it needed. He did a great job of not overselling me while letting me know what really needed to be done in order to make the system work the way I wanted. Given the fact that I have a 12 year old AC unit, we're looking at replacing the system and are giving serious consideration to using Drain & Air Rescue when we do.
JOSH is the Best! Josh is a great technician. He has been to our place twice and has been thorough and courteous both times. He even informed me of a neighbor's exterior a/c unit that looked faulty and should be inspected.
Jeremy did an outstanding job on our clogged sinks. He also recommended ways to prevent it from clogging in the future.
A/C repair: prompt, friendly, knowledgeable – Josh came out this morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the clogged drain. Then he went above and beyond to do a thorough system check on other aspects of the system. We have been using Drain & Air Rescue for all plumbing and HVAC issues for about 2 years and will continue to do so.

New Air Conditioning Unit Installed – I had nothing but great people to work with with this company. First of all I dealt with Josh who came to my home on a Sunday as we had company and our air conditioning went out upstairs. He checked everything very thoroughly and we needed a new unit. He explained all units and we decided on one and he wrote the order. He would have come out the very next day to install but I requested later in the week due to our company. A/C Repair, Great Service, Fair Price – Love the great service. Posted an email Sunday night and had a technician the next morning by 8:30am. Solved my compressor problem and leaky air conditioning unit. Worst yet I had another a/c repair company that charged me a lot of money a month earlier to say that I had a cracked compressor pan and charged me $500 to clean two units to blow out all the junk stuck inside the pipes. i had a great experience – i am very happy with austin drain and rescue came when they said fixed what needed to be fixed, josh is great feel like i have a friend in the a/c and heat business so yes i would recommend austin drain and air rescue
