Plumbing emergency? Call Drain and Air Rescue! – When you have a plumbing emergency you need help quickly. Drain and air rescue had a service technician at my house in about an hour! Tyler was professional and did an excellent job. He even wore covers for his shoes so he would not track anything into the house. He gave me pricing up front and was polite and courteous. Great to work with – This was the second time I have called on AAR. Each time they were very responsive to my needs. This most recent need was just servicing and not urgent but I was able make an appointment for the next day. My Tech was very informative, explained every thing he was doing in terms I could really understand! I really feel like I am getting honest and very good work when I call on this company. You can bet I will look no further when I am in need of plumbing or A/C service. Thanks for the ease of mind : )

Great Service – Called for an immediate appointment for help determining why power wasn't getting to my HVAC system. Austin Air Rescue dispatchers were quick and had a technician on-site in less than 90 minutes. The technician - Jason - was highly competent. Jason quickly identified and fixed the problem. Wow! – We are first time customers. When I first called I was greeted most cheerfully by Diane who was very informative and helpful; she made me feel comfortable about acquiring about A/C service. She was good at explaining to me in great detail what to expect. I was impressed. The service by Domingo was great. He was friendly and very informative. Great Experience – Had a great experience with this company. Diane was pleasant, friendly and sent a technician same day. Tyler was also courteous, knowledgable and was detailed in diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution. Pricing is very fair and they will continue to handle all of my plumbing and ac needs. GREAT EXPERIENCE – We live in Del Valle and had been having a tough time finding a company to come out to us for maintenance on our AC/Heating unit. I had seen a commerical for Austin Air Rescue on tv and contacted them immediately and spoke with Diane who scheduled our first visit that very same day. Jason is the tech who worked on our unit and we were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and he let us know everything he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Peace of Mind Is EVERYTHING! – I have been using Air Rescue for the past two years and I just added the drain rescue portion to my membership. The folks that they send out are ALWAYS professional and knowledgeable. The guy who came out to do the plumbing service was very experienced and went above and beyond and did a simple easy repair on my kitchen faucet - something that I've been trying to get my husband to do for almost a year now. Thanks for all of your help!! – I made a call after seeing their funny commercial and was surprised to hear them answer the phone after 800. The rep on the phone was very polite and even offered to send the plumber out right then but I was wanting service on Saturday. They showed up and just did a wonderful job and explained it all to me.I could not of expected such wonderful service from the time I called, till he pulled away from my house they did a great job. See you guys next time.

Fantastic Service – Had them in my house about a month ago to fix my central air. They were prompt, curteous and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my AC . I got fantastic service at a very affordable price. I would definately recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Great job guys!! Thanks!
