Actual Air Rescue – I called around 8am on a Monday morning when I discovered my A/C was not working. Before noon I had a technician at my house and the problem was diagnosed. Alex was professional and easy to talk to. He explained the issue and what steps he'd need to take to repair it. Within 24 hours, the control board was installed and my A/C was working. Happy customer? Yes. Have used Austin Air Rescue in the past, and will continue to use them.
Austin Air Rescue – I would ask for Marc to services your units. Had other techs out but not as good. Prices are fare.
looking for new company!! – Piss poor company and liars to boot!!! Every time they come to my house, it's $600 or more to do something. The employees here are commission paid. Their check depends on what they can sell me. No wonder they want $600 to replace a dead battery!! CAUTION with this company. ROTTEN< ROTTEN< ROTTEN!!!
These guys are great – They made a couple of mistakes in diagnosing our problem, but they did an outstanding job making up for this. This was absolutely the best service of this type that we have ever received anywhere. I spoke on numerous ocassions with their techs and even with the owners, all of whom were great professionals. Thanks Austin Air Rescue, you did rescue us.
Awesome Customer Service – I called last saturday because my ac drain wa acking up into my home i was really freaking out because i just replaced my carpet. Smora answered the phone she told me not to worry she would send Donald out to take care of my ac & she would make sure he brought a sop vac to dry up te water. great help – my drains were backed up in my entire home & the company i normally used didnot answer their phones nor did they return any of my calls. Awesome Help – My water heater went out on friday night, and the company I normally use said they couldn't come out till tuesday, so I called Drain and Air Rescue, and I got ahold of Diane, and they assured me I could get someone out there within two hours. She let me know about our service partner membership, and let me know that it would save me 20 dollars upfront, and then 15% off of the total repairs done. Quick and Courteous Service – I have used Austin Air Rescue 3 times this year - all for separate plumbing issues. I have had nothing but courteous and efficient service. Diane will most likely answer the phone and she is very helpful and friendly and will get someone to your home quickly. She actually makes a follows up call, too, to make sure you are satisfied with the service. I am pleased with their service, would recommend to my friends, and would use them for air conditioning services if needed.
Drain and Air rescue solved my air balance issue! – For the past 5 years our home has had hot and cold spots in several rooms throughout the house.
