Superb Customer Service – The team at Austin Air & Rescue Service were friendly, fast (as we called them at 11 pm when our air went out) and they definetely know how to fix and service your system! The air conditioning professional they sent did not leave until after 2am when he had finally fixed the problem as we have a 9 month old and could not go the night without cooling the house. Great service, but pricey – I had Austin Air rescue come out to set up a new service contract for my AC and Heat. The technician was on time and performed a thorough and professional assessment of my system. He found that I needed to increase my return air so he prepared a quote for doing this. I thought the price was high, but needed the work done the next day so I accepted. The next day they came out 15 minutes early and completed the work within the time estimated. Excellent service – Always friendly and on time. We have used Austin Air Rescue for both a/c and furnace issues and for water heaters. They know their stuff! They make suggestions and explain every detail about the work being done, never pushy to sell you something. I have reccomended them to several friends in the neighborhood!

Mark came to my house after hours to just give me a free second opinion. Very fast and knowledgable. The "other company" said I would need another indoor coil. All along it was just the drain line clogged. You want honest service? Call and ask for Mark.
Friendly Techs – The tech that came to my business was friendly, knew his stuff, made sure he didn't mess up the building when he cleared my line. I had a clog in the drain line from my AC which was causing a leak from the ceiling. Kevin came out, assessed the problem, cleared the line after making sure it drained outside so there was no mess. Very happy about my service call.
Quick and Ontime – We had a great experience. Call was answered immediately after hours and we had someone to our house within an hour. He was fast and got us back up and running. Great experience.
