I have a 20** Honda *****that has paint issues. The first time they repaired the paint, it took months to get it fixed. I am now on the second paint issue and have been working with Autonation Honda Columbus for 3 months without success. I have bought *Honda vehicles and I am done with Honda after this experience. I am a Sr ******** took car in for oil change. Told me I need ******* worth of work done. And tried to push me to go to their loan department to get a loan to have this done. This vehicle had not been serviced at our dealership since 2017 prior to the most recent visit. During the appointment, our team conducted a full multi-point inspection and physically walked the customer under the vehicle to show significant oil leakage that was coating the underside.The $5,300 estimate referenced in the complaint was the total for all suggested services, not a required repair cost. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was informed that it was previously been in an accident all repairs completed. So before I signed the paperwork on deal I asked the salesman and the finance guys if we were to have any issues with vehicle the pertains to previous repair from accident would the vehicle still be covered through the warranty they both said yes. Purchased a suv end of January this year in hopes to have a safer vehicle to drive my kids around in. March 19th I got told it needs a whole new engine. Called the Northside Honda and was transferred to a sales person. Set up an appointment to view a specific used car for sale. Drove from rural ************* to the dealership prior to the appointment. Sales person said the car in question had been sold to a Northside Honda employee.
