I bring my 2025 Honda Odyssey to Right Honda to do window tin. They have damaged my Van and badly damaged. I trying to contact them to get and update on my Odyssey for 4 days have no answer back. It hard to contact them to get update on the damaged they have done.
Horrible!!!!! Apparently ****** *************************** Service Supervisor thinks it's ok to steal pics by customers of damage caused in their service department and then accuse that customer of fraud-what a shame that someone so unprofessional is in charge of customer satisfaction?Stay Away!
I am extremely upset regarding the service and repair quote I received at Zimbrick Volkswagon of Madison. In January, I took my 2018 Tiguan to the dealership because my engine light came on. They were busy, but took my car back to see what they could find out. Worst experience of my life!!! Do not purchase from Grieco Honda in ********, **. They are not for you at all they are out to screw/scam you! One of the managers was absolutely so rude and didnt know how to talk to a women!! Very disrespectful and degrading towards me. Basically sold me a car with mine being traded in. I had a terrible experience shopping for a used car for my daughter. Hamilton Honda uses unscrupulous business practices that you should be aware of. They advertise a low price on their vehicles to pull you in the door, and then pad the pricing with frivolous up charges that are pure profit for them.
