Every step of the way - from scheduling, the reminders, and day of service - I received excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and the work was finished in less time than they had quoted. Very pleased with the service and the waiting environment.

Do not go to this dealership! They have terrible customer service. I've been taking my car to Arrowhead Honda since we moved here 5 years ago. I have been a consistent customer the entire time, coming in regularly for oil changes and having every recommended service performed in a timely manner.A year and a half ago I had to have all my spark plugs replaced. For the past 12 plus years, l've been coming here honoring this dealership. But today marks the day I'll never shop here again. I was set to lease another car, but instead, they insisted on lying to me multiple days, saying Honda hasn't gotten back to them. Honda Lancaster site located at ********************************************************************************************, staff including managers used egregious high-pressure door-to-door sales tactics, they are rude and take advantage of anyone who seems like a good candidate to prey on. Last week I brought my car in and had it appraised for a trade in.The sleepy tactics they used to lower the price of my car is *********** car was appraised by a different dealer for $12,000 in cash. No trade in required. Honda offered me $4,900 for my Jeep *********** car has nothing wrong with it. A small amount of surface rust, and only 91k miles. No engine lights. I'm sorry you had a bad experience at Team Honda. However, i have looked into this situation and while yes we did offer you significantly less than the $12,000 that another dealer may have offered, thats what the vehicle was worth to us. Of course we are going to try and negotiate with you to see if we can come to an agreement if possible thats why he offered you more money later on in the process. As far as the O2 sensor being unplugged we had absolutely nothing to do with that. We didn't even open the hood to your vehicle.... read more

How can this dealership have a A+ rating when they are not BBB accredited? I have business dealings with Honda Cars of Aiken and I can tell you that they are neither ethical nor honest. It is a disservice for them to have a A+ plus rating. From what I see of the BBB complaints, it doesn’t seem like they have been to motivated or successful in resolving customer complaints! This is also consistent with my experience!

I really trust **** in the service department. Always friendly, and helpful. I never wait long and he is great at explaining what service I need and what I can hold of on.

They are practicing Bait and Switch tactics. They posted a car online for a certain price, when you show up it is $2000 more.
