I just finished the lease on our 2020 Ridgeline. ******************* and the Don ********************** team showed us the options to buy our current truck or lease a new one. There was no pressure and all the info was laid out so we could make an informed decision. We got a great deal on our leased vehicle and bought that. They cleaned and detailed it for us like we were buying a new car from them. The process was seamless and the day of the purchase we were in and out in an hour and a half. It was a great experience with Don Ayres Honda. They were very attentive and professional throughout the entire process. The test drive was very well organized and explained to me. The vehicle was delivered as promised exactly as it was ordered. The salesman took the time to explain a lot of the features to me and showed me the service area where I will take the car for service. In summary it was the best experience I've had at a dealership.

My Car has been at the dealership since middle of June and I am still waiting on a part for my car stating that it is on back order and now they are pushing it back until September. The horrible part about this is that they will not loan a car or pay for a rental when I have insurance that will cover the part 100% because I bought an extended warranty that is not the problem the problem is that it is not my fault that the part is on order and taking this long to get it. During an oil change they always do a multi-point inspection. One thing they always want to due is to replace the in-cabin air filter. We always had said say no to this. On the most recent oil change again they wanted to replace this filter. After getting the car back, I went and purchased a filter for it and when I went to install it I found out the tray to hold the filter was missing. Called a CSR who promised to call me back and never did. Left a message for the service department to call me back and they never did. Exchanged voicemail messages with their GM who said he'd call me back and he never did. This is obviously NOT the company to deal with if you'd like to get some hellp

I am very upset. I bought my car at Don Ayers and they are known to be a good dealership. They are nice but I have issue with my car and since they cannot reproduce what I know is wrong with my car they charged me to do a transmission flush instead. They give me the run around blame it on someone else they can't find anything so they had said they sent it to Honda but did they really. Been 1 week get the same I am sorry we are still waiting.
