I do believe the owner or the Manager of this dealer is a racist, rude to the customer, doesn't taking care of the car with a good care. My car's side mirror was bended inward. After I took my car to wetzel Honda, my front low beam headlights were out , in the same time. I saw two of them are different brands, and Broken. I do believe they swapped to the broken headlights. They are the worst car dealer.

My recent visit to Right Honda on May 29th was a complete nightmare. I took my 2021 Honda Civic Sport in for a laundry list of problems: a terrifyingly loose bolt under the dash that keeps falling out this is the third time and it almost caused me to crash! ** issues, battery concerns, and my scheduled maintenance. Despite booking days in advance with detailed notes, my service advisor looked at me like I had two heads when I showed up. I had to go through everything again, only to be immediately hit with the dreaded 'diagno... read more

I was astounded and dismayed when the sales manager, in support of the salesperson, stated outright that theres absolutely nothing wrong with lying to a customer. That was during the sale. Need I say more? And the salesperson continues to be untruthful even after the sale. Its clear to me that poor performance also pervades other areas of the dealership besides sales. On the new vehicle there were several areas where tape was not removed (exterior), missing exterior parts, dirt and scuffs inside vehicle, and more. They are tha... read more

I came into Bloomington Honda open to trading in my vehicle and gathering information. At first, everything seemed friendly with the usual we are here to help you energy. But once it became clear I was not ready to jump at the first offer, the attitude shifted fast. I mentioned I was still comparing options and trying to make an informed decision. That was apparently unacceptable. The salesperson grew cold and visibly annoyed when I asked to see other vehicles. Asking basic questions suddenly felt like a burden to them. I al... read more

They charge $179 for each problem they need to diagnose. They were going to charge another $239 to fix the problem. Another gas station did the job for $25. This business will rip you off. In addition they put you on hold for a long time when calling. Do not call when job is completed

Had transmission service done here last August. I dont drive the car often, but recently noticed noise and vibration. We also found a lot of oil on our garage floor. An independent mechanic confirmed the transmission bolt was loose, leading to fluid leaks and likely damage. Scott Clark Honda denied responsibility and refused any warranty or goodwill help, even though they were the last to touch it. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

On June 2, 2025, I went in for an appt to change one fog light bulb and renew the safety check on my 2019 Honda civic. During over a 3hr wait, a service advisor told me that an oil leak was discovered. After questioning this leak further (since I wasn't experiencing any problems prior), I was told that I needed to replace my valve cover gasket. The service advisor assured me that he saw the leak and that I needed to resolve the problem sooner than later if not that day. It was at the time questionable if I would pass my safe... read more

Business response:

Dear Ms. *************** sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience we caused you.Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.I investigated and confirmed that my service agent transposed your Civic with another vehicle.
